This site is primarily designed as a photo blog, and so you will see that most regular updates will be in the form of pictures of Chelsea and England's Frank Lampard. We will also add the occassional news item as well though.

There are also a couple of static pages where you can checkout Frank Lampard's biography and career profile. Click on the buttons at the top of the page for those. We will also endeavour to keep Frank's career stats up to date. Check out the column on the right.
